    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

    • Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved.
    • Please include the RAN on the return package for easy identification and processing.

  3. Shipping and Return Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product to our facility.Ā

    • A restocking fee of 5% will be applied to eligible returns.
    • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  5. Refund Process:

    • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
    • If the return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
    • Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
